Round two of the Tasmanian Interclub Part 1

Do you know there is a 6am? I’m not a morning person.

Out at the track just after 8 and on the bikes before 9.

Formula Baskerville practice:

Not what I’d call many clean laps with everyone tripping over each other and my new white numbers starting to peeling off.

quick fix and back out for a 1:17.63

Race 1:

Race 1 2012-04-22

Starting from the back after the average practice.

My start was ok with an opening lap of 1:17.96
missed a shift on the 2nd lap… well you can see where

rest of the was playing catch up with 1:14’s and dropping down to 1:11’s for the last 2 laps.

Race 2:

My start was much better, even made up a place but lost it into the first turn, I need to be more aggressive.
Unlike Race 1 this one was fairly uneventful, overcast with rain threatening but held off
The bike felt good sticking around the high 1:13’s and dropping to 1:12.93 for the last lap.
